This webinar provides a summary of the best and worst practices in teaming agreements in federal government contracting. We will discuss teaming arrangements under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and focus on several prime court cases interpreting written teaming arrangements and their enforceability in different prime/subcontract scenarios. Principles discussed in these case examples are then used to create strategies to consider in teaming agreements, along with a checklist of teaming agreement provisions to anticipate and allocate potential risks, accurately document the intent of the parties, and avoid costly mistakes.
