Stacy Moon to Speak on Trial Tactics for Defense Association of New York
Shareholder, Stacy Moon, has been invited to speak to the Defense Association of New York and the New York County Lawyers’ Association at their CLE and webinar on January 29, 2018, on trial tactics. Ms. Moon is an experienced litigator, having tried cases in subject areas as diverse as defending personal injury cases, section 1983 claims, and construction and other commercial litigation matters, both before juries and in bench trials. Ms. Moon practices in the areas of government liability; municipal liability; insurance defense; employment law; construction contracts and law; commercial litigation; and civil litigation. She is admitted to practice law in Alabama state courts, all federal courts within the State of Alabama, and the 11th United States Circuit Court. Ms. Moon graduated magna cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1998, where she was an associate editor on the Cumberland Law Review. She is active in DRI, and is currently chair of the Law Practice Management Committee. She is also active in the Employment Law, Government Liability, and Trial Tactics Committees.
